Donor-Advised Funds

A grant from your donor-advised fund puts a licensed therapist inside a Charleston classroom this school year. Healing should not depend on a child's zip code, and every child deserves the chance to feel like a kid again.

Three ways to give through your fund

Recommend a one-time grant.

Contact your fund administrator or log in and make the recommendation online. Most take a few minutes. Your administrator is linked below.

Set up a recurring grant.

Choose a frequency and your fund sends it automatically. Recurring grants are what let us commit to a full school year of care for a child before we know how the year will go.

Name Charleston Hope as a beneficiary.

You can direct part or all of what remains in your fund to Charleston Hope after your lifetime. Your administrator can set this up in one conversation.

Please notify us of your gift so we can properly thank you. Let us know about your gift at (843) 608-0188 or info@charlestonhope.org.

What Your Grant Can Do

$5,000 equips and stocks a school's therapy room for a year. Our current rooms are furnished with pieces scavenged from around the building.

$35,000 places a care coordinator in one school for the full school year.

$70,000 brings the complete team to a school that has none: a licensed therapist, a care coordinator, and a supervised graduate clinician.

$2,000 funds one student's full school year of one-on-one therapy.
